individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) rebuild meaningful, self-directed lives. We provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based psychiatric rehabilitation services that promote dignity, resilience, autonomy, inclusion, and hope.
We follow the nationally recognized “Recovery Model”, affirming that recovery is possible for all individuals regardless of diagnosis or history. Through supportive, strength-based and member-driven interventions, individuals can pursue personally meaningful goals and improve functioning over time. Our members are viewed as partners in treatment, with personal lived experiences valued as essential components of the care process. We're not just patching holes - we're handing 'em tools!
